Daniel Fay, PMP, has provided Project Management and Leadership consulting support of education, government, aviation, and telecommunications industry leaders for over twenty-five years. Daniel uses a three-pronged approach to supporting and improving an organization: Leadership development, Project Management Consulting, and Process Development.
Daniel has had the opportunity of successfully managing numerous international projects and has conducted development sessions for over 4000 managers and leaders in project management methodologies and leadership principles.
Daniel has served as an adjunct faculty member for the Peter Drucker Executive Development Program in China and is currently providing Virtual Instructor Lead Training (VILT) programs for Dalhousie University and the College of the North Atlantic. Dan has taught as an invited speaker for programs at over 15 Chinese Universities, the University of Geneva, and the University of Management and Technology (UMT).
Daniel has been both a selected and invited speaker at international project management symposiums and conferences in China, Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia, for the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) SeminarsWorld, as well as lecturing about “Managing in a Global Environment”, at the European PMI Congress in Den Haag, the Netherlands and the PM Peak Conference in BeiJing.
Dan is currently on the Board of Directors for the PMI Newfoundland Chapter, and has held board positions for Chapters and Special Interest Groups (SIGS) in Halifax, Ottawa, Phoenix, and East China.
