CPMA (IPMA Level-D) Exam Payment - Non-Members

For people wishing to take the Certified Project Management Associate (CPMA) Online Exam option, they must print out, complete, sign, and submit the CPMA Online Exam Application Form  PLUS  they must pay their CPMA exam application fee using this online form.
