Treasurer & SecretaryOn the board since 2020, Chris Carter is currently acting as the Treasurer for PMAC. As the Principal of orgshift solutions inc., an independent management consultancy, and in collaboration with trusted colleagues, Chris designs and delivers strategic and operational decision-making, value-driven transformation program leadership, and breakthrough group collaboration performance. An experienced business and IT management consultant with over 25 years of experience with firms such as DMR Consulting, BearingPoint, A.T. Kearney and KPMG, Chris has consulted extensively to both public and private sector organizations through: facilitating strategic direction, designing appropriate and flexible organizational structures and processes, documenting business and system requirements, creating road maps and action plans, preparing change program business cases, assessing outsourcing strategies, implementing benefit realization plans and systems, and providing program management support and leadership to achieve desired business outcomes. He is skilled in facilitating group decision-making, in preparing materials that reflect group consensus, and in working with procurement practices and strategic sourcing in the public and private sectors, as well as having hands-on experience in working in multi-vendor/consortium projects. Chris is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Project Management Professional (PMP), and also holds Endorsed Facilitator status from the International Association of Faciltiators (IAF).
