About PRiSM

A primary reason that sustainability in project management has not taken hold has been the lack of a practical and repeatable method as the widely accepted definition of Project Management, which focuses on short term, and the traditionally specified objectives of sustainability as it relates to long range initiatives and standards.

PRiSM was developed to bridge this gap. It is a project management method that encompasses all the essentials for running a successful project based on sustainable principles. The method ensures delivery of business objectives while reducing negative environmental impact using the P5 framework which leverages the wisdom and standards set forth in the Project Management knowledge sets (BoKs) and a sustainability framework derived from ISO:14001 to impart a people, planet, Profit mindset to the process to deliver products and services.
